The reception staff assisted me promptly. I found a kettle with tea and coffee supplies ready in my room. The bar remained open until late evening. I enjoyed comfortable seating within the spacious dining area.

great location near waterloo
underground station mile walk early check
i appreciated how close the hotel was to the underground station. the walk to the london eye was only a mile. the staff helped us get settled in before the official check in time. we had an early start to sightseeing.
the tv in my room did not have smart features. i wished it had more options.
